Enhancement Description

Geo scale is an important feature to represent the distance on a map.

If I'm not wrong, it's not possible to display a scale with Vega-Lite.

D3 adds support to geoscale with the d3-geo-scale-bar (https://observablehq.com/@harrystevens/introducing-d3-geo-scale-bar)
