plot warning #185

when I tried to follow the tuturial in jupyternotebook, a warning like

Warning message in plot.xy(xy, type, ...):
“semi-transparency is not supported on this device: reported only once per page”

appeard, and the plot looked weird that there was no UMAP.

How should I fix it?
Any advice would be appreciated!

Well, I think I solved it by library(Cairo) though it is troublesome to make Cairo without root
