.easeTo dynamic durations #872

Not really an issue, more looking for some guidance as to handling this.

How would you handle dynamic durations for easeTo and flyTo?

I'm struggling to get it just right.

Ideally, if the map is zoomed out (0), it's speed should be slower, than if it's easing to the same level of zoom or close to (~4 to ~6).
