workflow.export_composite #15

The composite will fill in the composition, and then we can export that to file:

    # make the composite
    workflow = Composite({
        'composition': {},
        'schema': {
            'results': 'tree[any]'},
        'bridge': {
            'results': ['fluxes']},
        'state': initial_sim_state
    })

   workflow.export_composite(filename='cobra_template')
