Search for .sublime-build files and list dynamically

I like the idea of this plugin, but it would be even nicer if it could actually find the build systems that I have installed. Since ST does not provide an API for that you need to crawl all packages and search for ".sublime-build" files instead, which you can then parse for variants using the json module for example.

You will have to use the zipfile module for archived packages too, on ST3.
