Vorschlag: Wenn ein Touch-Display kein Multi-Touch unterstützt, dann die obere Hälfte des Screens zum Zoomen verwenden und die untere Hälfte zum Scrollen.

Wischen nach rechts bedeutet dann ZOOMIN
Wischen nach links bedeutet dann ZOOMOUT
