It looks like the openvpn::server does not have the ensure parameter.

Yep, this is still a todo. Basically it's about rm -r ${etc_directory}/openvpn/${name}*.

It needs to be a bit more than rm -r ${etc_directory}/openvpn/${name}* in case there are overlapping names.
