Add lang to vue.config.js, so that we don't have to provide lang="ts" to each and every script

Find places with '.lang' in the code. Replace them so these fetch config parameter "lang" from vue.config.js.
So if there's no lang="ts", but there is lang: "ts" in vue.config.js Vue knows it's TypeScript.

Or: tell me how I can fetch config options, for example in compileScript.js line 159, so I can implement it. Thanks
