Proxy Feature

Thanks for putting together this nice piece of code ;)

I have a feature request. Instead of --url parameter, could you also implement a --proxy parameter?

I'd like to route to "proxy #1" with port "0.0.0.0:3128" internally, the huawei-hilink script should then request the webinterface 192.168.8.1 via proxy #1.
Currently, the url parameter does not allow this behavior.
