Add 1/16 division accidents - From Ircam (used in Spectral Music)

Hi,

I'd like to know if could be possible to add the Ircam Microtonal Symbols used in OpenMusic, these symbols are used in spectral music and for transcription sound->score. It would be very useful.

They are defined here in these tff:

Explained in the paper "Microtonal Composition" by Alain Bancquart, Carlos Agon, and Moreno Andreatta pages 281 to 283.
