Unable to generate print preview of pre-submission form

Describe the bug
The print preview of the final review screen, which renders in an overlay, does not print in an expected way. Using Chrome on macOS I am able to see only the first part of the form, repeated over and over again, with subsequent parts of the form obscured/cut off.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Complete form
2. Hit the Review button
3. Press CMD + P, see broken result in print preview

Expected behavior
A non-repeating, accurate version of the form should be printable during the review phase. I think this is important because this is submitting info about a tool that is created by my organisation, so I wanted to actually save the review state to keep a record of what I submitted for my colleagues to be aware of. My only option for text-based capture is to select all the text and copy/paste into another format and then re-format. Taking a long-form screenshot is OK, but not in text format.
