if there is no customkeys.txt the launcher generates the english keys and german users have english keys all of a sudden. Should be left undone then.

It turned out that the single German hotkey file in existence doesn't have t2/t3 upgrade hotkeys, so the best solution would be to replace the launcher grid setting with a launcher default setting.
Or is it only happening with the first time?
