This a reminder for the group that using the typical degrees_of_freedom utility will not tally the true number of degrees of freedom. Subtracting the number of outputs on the GreyBox model should yield the actual number of degrees of freedom per @avdudchenko @OOAmusat

We can consider adding a utility to properly check the # of DOF for ReaktoroBlocks.
