Provide a paged and searchable view of result links for all closed, public choices. Link it to the home page at the bottom of those shown. Sort default by closed date decreasing (most recently closed).

Searching title and description of the choice should suffice. No need to go crazy with search solutions (SOLR/Lucene indexes, whatever, ...) A little clever Ruby and SQL will serve for now.
