Have similar layout on pages for creation and editing across the website

When creating e.g. a new meeting or poll the layout looks similar. However, when creating a new event or a new survey the layout differs a lot from the two mentioned, as well as from each other. It would have been nice to have the same layout to increase the usability and consistency when using the pages.

This also applies for some of the Edit-pages, where it again would be preferable to have the same layout as both the rest of the pages, and the other pages for creation and editing.
