Alternate layers of fried aubergine, tomato sauce, and grated parmesan. Bake for 30 minutes.

Sounds good. How many. Make sure you add all the ingredients (and quantities) to the shopping list.

Assemble and bake is my favorite part of the day, especially when it’s from a vegan bake shop! Nothing beats the joy of putting everything together and popping it in the oven, knowing it's going to be a delicious and cruelty-free treat. Anyone else love the smell of freshly baked vegan goodies filling up the kitchen?
