Key_error with GatingML

Hi Scott,

As discussed previously in our correspondence, you know I am trying to figure out the bugs in the gatingML files exported via FCSExpress, and as per your suggestion, I found a log of errors and corrected them.

Now, I am getting a KeyError message, and I am not sure why :/

Also, the idea of adding a new keyword to parse_gating_xml method sounds good! It will definitely help users in understanding the root cause of errors in a more efficient way! :)

It understood the issue, it was just a matter of representation. It works now, without any issues!
