Dear authors,

First of all thank you for putting out all scripts and data for your paper!

I'm working on including CAST systems in my CRISPRCasTyper software, and I'm particularly interested in the fusion proteins. Do you have a list of the various fusions and where you find them? I can't seem to find any cas8/cas5 fusions, for example, from the output. Or maybe I don't know how to look for them?
