Does this work on mobile? Since script execution is blocked while scrolling to save battery on mobile devices.

I've tested the demo (http://williamngan.github.io/roll/demo/index.html) on iOS Safari and Chrome, and it seems to work. It doesn't load on my iPad Safari for some reason, not sure why.

Maybe its because you did not do the IOS update on your iPad? Since before IOS9 the scrollEvent would only trigger once the scroll stops entirely
