Cloudflare adapter hangs process using Vitest

Describe the Bug

When testing Astro using Vitest, the test run hangs and timeouts on close, if the Cloudflare adapter is used.
The respective reproduction is added as PR #443

What's the expected result?

The Vitest test run runs without timeout on close at the end.
