I'd like to fork your thesis so that I have a copy for future reference/students. Have you pushed all of your final commits?

I haven’t pushed everything yet. I’m actually planning on cleaning up my model code over the next few days before it’s completely final.

If you want you can fork it now, and then just merge any future changes I make into your fork later, though.
