🤷 구현할 기능

resize observer을 활용하여 wave scrubber 너비 계산하기

🔨 상세 작업 내용

resize 이벤트와 resize observer 비교하기
둘 중 하나를 적용하기

📄 참고 사항

현재는 scroll 이벤트할 때마다 너비 계산을 하는데, 연산이 많아져 cpu에 무리가 갈 수 있음. 이를 개선하고자함.
