This is a follow on from #3061

A temporary patch was applied that just checks out a specific version of the sandbox #3062

A faster and more robust solution should be implemented

Beaker lib uses the makerx image https://github.com/algorand-devrel/beaker/blob/master/docker-compose.yml
But there are official ones available now: https://developer.algorand.org/articles/introducing-official-algod-docker-containers/
