Request to Remove Link to Waifu2x-Extension-GUI from README

This issue aims to clarify that the repository Waifu2x-Extension-GUI linked in the README of this repository is a deceptive open-source project. Although its actions do not violate the BSD-3 license used by this repository, its behavior is morally questionable and conflicts with the spirit of open-source, for the following reasons:

• This is a profit-driven project masquerading as open-source. The project is merely a closed-source UI program that integrates multiple open-source AI technologies. The developer has not updated the core code of the UI for over three years, yet continues to push releases with new features. The author also refuses to accept contributions from other developers.
• This repository exploits the fruits of AI developers' labor. Open-source contributors have invested significant effort in researching and developing new architectures, which they have made available to the public in an open and free manner. However, the developer of the aforementioned repository has appropriated the recognition and benefits that should belong to the core AI developers, using a rudimentary QT UI to amass considerable profits on Patron.
• This repository appears to violate GitHub policies and the spirit of open-source. As mentioned, this is a fake open-source repository that uses the open-source platform to promote a closed-source, paid project, in violation of GitHub policies and the open-source ethos we advocate. The repository owner is even too lazy to address issues raised by free users on GitHub.

To ensure that users are directed to open-source projects that align more closely with the collaborative spirit of open-source, have higher transparency, and adhere to ethical practices, I propose removing the recommendation link to this repository from the README. This would allow other genuinely committed open-source developers to receive more attention and support.
