Version of jQuery in the main program may be different from the default version in Xitrum #1

For example, Xitrum is using jQuery 2.1.4, and this version is used by xitrum-metrics via jsDefaults:

<script type="text/javascript" src={webJarsUrl("jquery/2.1.4", "jquery.js", "jquery.min.js")}></script>

The main program may force a different version:

libraryDependencies += "org.webjars" % "jquery" % "1.11.3"
dependencyOverrides += "org.webjars" % "jquery" % "1.11.3"

So when the metrics page is displayed, it can't be displayed correctly because it tries to load jQuery 2.1.4 which is missing.
