When trying to download one of the materials, error code 400 #1

When I navigated to https://setela.vercel.app/a/1/trimestre/37/periodo/4/clases/22 , and tried to download "electro vías.pptx", it failed with this error code. It might be related to the fact that the name contains an accented letter....
