For the AGI module, please change agi.readEnv to agi.ReadEnv (exported) so that 
we may supply our own bufio.Reader and bufio.Writer.  agi.NewAgi is presently 
the only way to access a.readEnv, and that function uses the hard-coded 
os.Stdin and os.Stdout.  This makes AsyncAGI impossible.
