Newsletter automated emails.

we need to test the automatic newsletter feature. The troubleshooting we did was around being able to subscribe... but I never received any automated emails.

So, maybe we can test this process?

I received the newsletter... I think weekly is too much , maybe monthly is enough... The email should show the statistics for the past month and some general numbers like "this year in procurement" , with a simple total number of contract, values, count of contract in each categories etc.

The reason I wouldn't put the full detailed stats of the year in the email is because it is what you see in the homepage by default. So the newsletter stops being very informative.

I will ask colleagues if they want any simple texts/message added to the email. Things like "give us your feedback about the contract by using the comments feature" or "download the data for this week" etc

So the feature work we need to fine tune content a bit. Let me know if u think monthly suggestion and only month stats are a good idea.
