Control-tapping link on Windows Chrome touchscreen doesn't open new tab. #446

In Windows Chrome on Youtube, when I hold Ctrl and tap a hyperlink with my touchscreen, the new page loads in the current tab instead of a new tab.

Windows 10 x64
Chrome 63.0.3239.132
