Hypothesis

We believe that an unhandeled exceptions on processing a workflow instance, does not stop the complete partition processing.

We had an issue that on processing a workflow instance an unexpected exception occurred and the complete partition processing stopped. Data was also inconsistent after this case.

This is probably not easy to test, since we somehow need to cause an exception in the processing.
