Right now we don't auto deploy the chaos worker, which is a bit confusing.

It was confusing especially on zeebe-io/zeebe-cluster-testbench#835. Had to manually deploy the resource https://github.com/zeebe-io/zeebe-chaos/blob/main/go-chaos/deploy/deployment.yaml

$ k delete -f deployment.yaml
$ git pull origin main 
$ k apply -f deployment.yaml
