Add a compilation step for jQuery and common files

If zen-audio-player/zen-audio-player.github.io#141 goes in, we'll be able to utilize a lot of existing code for things like autocompleting search results.

There's many tools we can use for this:

• grunt
• gulp
• webpack (overkill for this)

I've taken the first step on the wip/refactor-to-yeoman branch, just committing a yeoman generated chrome extension over the top. The end goal is now to make 95e00be the first commit, then manually bring in the logic to those files 😭
