Incorrect error message and unexpected functionality for 'add' command

Inside the user guide, it says the parameters can be in any order. When I copy and paste the second example of the add command in the user guide, it does not work. The error message displayed say there are some issue in the name input, however, the name inside the command input does not have the issues stated in the result display box. Hence, there is a functionality bug.
