Correct use of patchKey in zf-configuration

zf-configuration' patchKey acted like a replaceKey. Fixing this alone breaks this repository. A fix comprised of three repositories will need to be applied together.

• [not ready] Merge [wip] hotfix/config-resource - Properly correct the ConfigResource object zf-configuration#30 and create a release.

• [not ready] Update composer.json on https://github.com/zfcampus/zf-apigility-admin to require the release for zf-configuration done above.
• [not ready] Create a release for https://github.com/zfcampus/zf-apigility-admin
• [not ready] Merge [wip] Change all patchKey to replaceKey zf-apigility-doctrine#305
• [not ready] Update composer.json on https://github.com/zfcampus/zf-apigility-doctrine to require the release for zf-configuration done above and update require-dev for zfcampus/zf-apigility-admin to the zf-apigility-admin release created above.
• [not ready] Create a release for https://github.com/zfcampus/zf-apigility-doctrine
