已经创建过的群组，在后台删除了该房间，还是不能用，报错group id 被占用

后台只是把房间删除，但实际上该房间还是存在
10021是由于群组没有解散，又创建了同样id的群组，如果是由主播（创建该房间的人）进入该房间或者再次创建该房间，就不会报错
群组id由后台根据用户id分配，保证唯一性，demo目前默认主播退出房间就会解散群组
