The v2.0 classifier subtask update introduces a cleaner/flatter way of storing subtask data in the extracts and reductions. I should see if there is a way to back-port this to v1.0 classifications in a way that will not break any caesar setups (if they are any) using this current method.

The auto-config script should also be updated to match the new call format.
