Enable classification on live private projects via the mobile app (for users with proper permissions - either owner, collaborator, or tester on the project), probably by adding a new "Private" section on the projects page (akin to "Preview").
Current behavior: projects must be public and live and launch approved to appear in app. Project that are not launch approved can appear in the "Beta" section if beta approved, or in a Preview section if in "development" mode (not live).
Suggested Solution: replace current "Preview" section with "My Projects" section, which would include all non-launch-approved mobile-friendly projects where the current user is an owner, collab, or tester, no matter what the project status.
I.e., not just projects in development mode that are currently included in "Preview", but either state (live or developement) AND either visibility (public or private).
Use case: allow non-launch-approved project teams to use the app. This also enables opportunity for expert-only follow-up via separate project. Current workaround of using development mode + "Preview" section is bad because retirement is disabled by definition in this configuration.
Questionable Use Case: Allow classification on deactivated workflows in "My Projects" section. Upside = this capability would allow a launch-approved project to preview a new mobile workflow before activating & making public. Downside = this differs from web-based version of workflow selection where only active workflows are available (other than from Lab for preview).
