Styling update: Loading page & Sign In / Register page #513

As part of a comprehensive app restyle, I'd like to propose the Loading and Sign In / Register pages get our updated brand colors and fonts applied:

The Sign In / Register page should show on first open after app install, if possible. Otherwise, it is accessible from the side menu.
