Also

  • We now log all commands we run and the generated config files (passed into the commands) to deployments/DEPLOYMENT_NAME/logs/run_config.log — very useful for diagnostic.
  • Remove --trace option, always write trace to a log file.
  • p2p disabled by default
  • new default distinctive chain IDs
