Test data

The simplest way of testing the software is to press the "Download and open test data" from the Menu section. This will download some example pipelines with corresponding models, as well as a WSI from the OpenSlide test data (CMU-1). When the download is done, the pipelines will be available in the Process section.

If you wish to test the model on other WSIs, more test data is available from the OpenSlide website. FastPathology supports most WSI formats which OpenSlide supports. In addition, it support Olympus' CellSens VSI format.

If you downloaded the models at the first launch of the software, if you click the "Download and open test data", it will simply overwrite the old models, and will not remove if you have added any new models to the software.
