Fix civinfo_loop script reports informant was killed even after mission success.
Remove unnecessary _is_near_fob check on civinfo_escort.
Add killed check in civinfo_escort.sqf
The unit cap script was counting enemy bailed jets and helicopters if they were in the player's build list.
This change checks whether those helicopters have been captured (or built) or if they have just been bailed out and not yet captured.
Fixed casualty location markers to not displayed when wounded civilians in two or more sectors at the same time.
