Fixed a GUI issue due to SkinsLibrary not working yet in 1.1

Updated FMs and added a new one called BudgetFunding (in-game as Quarterly Budget). BudgetFunding is an alternative to ReputationFunding that only gives funds up to the yearly amount. If the current funds are more than the yearly amount, no additional funds are given. Consequently, you can't get infinite money by timewarping.

Another FM called SpaceHotel is included but was developed as an example. You'll likely want to disable it or just not install it.

FMs are provided in a separate download this time around.

Fixes the bug where the button reproduces like crazy. Updated the license.

B.R.O.K.E. Beta 3

Updated for KSP 1.1. jkortech has added many new features including loans, a simple transaction history, and automatically collecting/paying income/expenses. Skins are currently disabled due to issues with changes in KSP 1.1.

B.R.O.K.E. Beta 2

A huge amount of work, mostly by jkortech and johnqevil, implementing some great new features into the core to make Funding Modifiers even more capable (Invoices) and the implementation of the first two Funding Modifiers: Payroll and Reputation Funding.

Payroll makes your Kerbals have salaries you must pay each quarter. Reputation Funding pays your funds based on your Reputation. Both can be configured and/or disabled through the B.R.O.K.E. settings in-game. Alternativley they can be disabled by removing the Payroll.dll or ReputationFunding.dll from the GameData/BROKE/Modules directory.

This is a pre-release so expect bugs and for things to change!
