LIBRARY many touch-ups; MAIN better logging macros

The whole Library module was once-over'd with comments and mild
touch-ups. Notably, the `append()` feature should be about 3x faster and
no longer allow duplicate tracks.

The logging macros now properly use `format!()` style args

Other files were updated to use new macros

Track module now uses canonicalized paths
