FRC roadmap

1. create parsers for metaquast/valet/etc output
2. collect generic assembly stats
3. filter contigs (default no, by size/coverage/gc content etc)
4. output feature glossary
5. output tsv/json (contig id, contig length, # features, feature type), optional: percent reference covered, percent total asm
6. output assembly stats
7. visualize tsv/json with ggplot2, plyr, plotly in R -> Andreas
