Adds a plugin manager that will automatically update widgets that are registered.
Widgets are created by adding a singular .cpp file to soh/Enhancements/PluginManager/Plugins through a PR to Shipwright.
Maintenance is down-scaled to reviewing one file rather than the entire codebase. All code related to the new Widget is housed centrally in the new .cpp file being PR'd.
