This deliberately doesn't implement the feature, and it breaks the 'job applications' page as there is an issue between chckboxes and the content that used to be there - so I just did the check-boxes for the spike, and removed the links to the individual application forms. (hence the tests break). Moj multi select installed, but doesn't appear to work
