Resolves #321. The input samples posted didn't seem to have pen pressure, but I just guessed that this tablet operates similarly to other KYE tablets that need kye_tablet_enable, and that the resulting reports would be similar to other tablets. So far it seems to be the case. The frame buttons are mapped to the Redo, Undo, Zoom In, and Zoom Out application controls, similar to other KYE tablets.
