Description
NOTE: change the target branch from the other feature branch to main once PR #148 is merged!
Remove all teaspoons-cli code. Generation of the thin client now happens in a GHA (#148), and the CLI code lives in a new repo (DataBiosphere/terra-scientific-pipelines-service-cli#1).
