Roy zohar akamai/add extra ports to service

What this PR does / why we need it:

• Similar to agents.containers.*.ports which allows to add extra ports to the containers of the daemon set pods , allows to add extra ports to the service
• In the case where custom log location needs to be configured https://docs.datadoghq.com/agent/logs/?tab=tcpudp#custom-log-collection e.g CI-monitoring for jenkins jobs https://docs.datadoghq.com/continuous_integration/pipelines/jenkins/?tab=agentlessusinganapikey#configure-the-agent-for-log-collection
• While the the port can be added to the container via agents.containers.*.ports and the conf file can me added the /etc/datadog/conf.d folder via datadog.confd the port needs to be added to the service when the datadog jenkins plugin is configured in agent mode and the agent hostname is the k8s service
