Depending on the system, dcmtk is either installed inside
liborlib64directory. So, it is better to use the CMAKE_INSTALL_* variables to locate dcmtk libraries instead of using lib. I came across this issue in Ubuntu 20.04 images in my EC2 instance and GitHub Action containers.
